Our ideal candidate will have:

• Certificate lll in Children’s Services or Diploma of Children’s Services
• A current and valid Working with Children Card and First Aid
• An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
• Previous experience working with children
• An interest or experience in Montessori education and or willingness to undertake training and professional development
• An excellent level of verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with staff, children, families, and the community
• Be dependable, demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative
